CUT AN AVOCADO THE EASY WAY - how-to



I'm sure this has been thought of before, but I think it's a handy trick.  Just in case you have ever found yourself thinking "there must be a better way to do this" as you stand by a cutting board smushed with green goosh, trying to figure out how you're going to get the avocado smear out of your hair before turning on the faucet with your elbows, have I got a tip for you.

Okay, so I was channeling an infomercial for some $19.99 piece of crapola just now, but I promise you, this tip is great.  And it's free.  And there's no shipping and handling.



Cut your avocado in half and slice into it down to the skin, but not quite through it.  Make cuts as strips or cubes, depending on which you would like.



Just squeeze the sides gently.


And Voila!  Avocado is out and you hardly had to do a thing.
