GARLIC CARMELIZED CAULIFLOWER ON THE GRILL

This will make your taste buds sing and dance. Truly.  I can't get enough of this stuff.  The cauliflower gets a little smoky, with a perfectly browned underside that is slightly sweet and crunchy and salty.  The garlic and olive oil just rounds it out nicely.  My mouth is watering.

You'll need:

1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower
1-2 cloves chopped garlic
1 T. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Panko, if you want to get fancy
A grill
About 15 minutes.

First, take some tin foil and make it into a sort of plate with high sides.  Toss in your garlic.

Put your cauliflower in the foil "pan".  Don't let them touch each other or pile up or they will steam instead of caramelize.  Drizzle them with your olive oil and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.  Put some panko on top if you're feeling extravagant.

Plop the whole thing on a hot grill and relax for about 10-15 minutes while they cook.  Check them every once in a while.  If they are browned on the bottom and tender- they are done and ready to eat!

p.s. you'll want to make extra.
